These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 1365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1365 website located at 1365.win and all related services, products, and features offered through it.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Processing times depend on the payment method and verification status of your account. Completed KYC is required before any withdrawal is approved.

Restrictions: Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on this platform. Transactions must originate from accounts registered in your own name.

1365 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violation, or incomplete identity verification. In such cases, you will be notified through your registered contact information.

• Multiple account creation.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting technical errors.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 1365 may withhold or void any balance associated with the account. You will be notified where possible, but notification is not required where the action is taken to prevent ongoing harm or fraud.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance subject to no pending wagering requirements will be returned via your registered withdrawal method following identity verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1365 shall not be liable for:
